The victim called out LaBorde in her victim impact statement because LaBorde didn’t even show up to proceedings.
““You both will have to live with this decision to let a rapist run free in society without any warning to future victims,“ she told them.”
The prosecutor in this case is just as complicit as the judge.

this shit angers me DEEPLY….how do you let white rapists run free but if he was black and didn’t rape anyone yet the accuser says he did…he gets life imprisonment on false charges?!?!
